Lunch Club – will meet on Monday 7th at 11am at Luncarty Church Centre. John Napier will give a talk on teaching in Malawi. Soup and sandwiches will be served. Cost £4. All welcome.
Redgorton and Stanley Guild – the first meeting of 2019 will be on Tuesday, 8th January, at 2pm in Stanley Village Hall. The speaker will be the Rev. Jim Stewart who will be speaking about his time as Chaplain to the Moderator of the General Assembly. Everyone will be made most welcome.
Heart for Art will have a break for Christmas and resume on Wednesday 16th January 2019. New artistic volunteers always welcome for this friendly and talented group.
The Singing Group is a dementia friendly singing group for anyone who enjoys singing. People with dementia and their carers meet together with others who enjoy singing, volunteers and music makers for a good sing-song. Thursday 24th January 11am-12 noon Bankfoot Church Centre. Smalls for All – Thanks to all who have supported this project. So far we have received over 100 pairs of new pants and dozens of old bras for recycling. Our collecting will continue until the end of January. http://www.smallsforall.org
Thank you for supporting the Redgorton and Stanley Christian Aid Christmas Appeal at Messy Church, Carols at the Mill, Sunday morning services, Christmas Eve Christingle and at our joint service with St Columba’s Scottish Episcopal church and Auchtergaven and Moneydie Parish Church. Thank you also for supporting the Messy Nativity Sheep trail where a number of the sheep were auctioned for Christian Aid! We raised a total of £450 for Christian Aid to support peacemakers.

Our Daily Bread Cafe in Bankfoot Church Centre reopens after the Christmas holidays at 9.30am on January 8th 2019.
The foodbank currently need: Packet and tinned puddings, tinned fruit and tinned veg, pasta sauce, men’s razors, unisex shampoo and deodorant, toothbrushes.
