Next Sunday the 24th February the service will be at 10am in Luncarty Church Centre. It will be our annual World Day of Prayer Service and will be a joint service with Auchtergaven and Moneydie and Redgorton and Stanley.
Coffee Morning on Saturday 2nd March, 2019, in Luncarty Church Centre 10.00 – 11.30 [ £3 ], hosted by Worship & Nurture Working Group. Home Baking stall and a ‘one off’ pop up Menswear stall [ new and nearly new ]. All welcome.
The annual Concert in aid of the Senior Citizens Outing will take place in The Stanley Village Hall on Wed. 13th March with entertainment provided by Rural Blend. Tickets £7 incl. Supper.
The Singing Group on Thurs 21st March 11am in Bankfoot Church Centre is a dementia friendly singing group for anyone who enjoys singing. Last time 20 folk sang about 16 songs including Annie’s Song, My Love is Like a Red Red Rose, Walk the Line, Those Were the Days my friend, My Girl, and Eidelweiss. St Leonards in the Fields also have a singing group on Tuesday 5th March 2.30-4pm, if Tuesday afternoons suit you better than Thursday mornings.
Strollers will meet at 1.30pm at Luncarty Church Centre on Tuesday 26th February to walk round Luncarty, followed by tea in the Church Centre.
Lunch Club – Monday 4th March Phil Hannah will give a talk on metal detecting in the local area. Meet as usual at 11am in the Luncarty Church Centre.
The next edition of Kirk Byte is due for delivery by Sunday 25th March. All contributions by 18th March please.
Traidcraft goods will be available in Luncarty 24th March, Stanley on 28th April. Please help fight poverty through trade. In the past year between Stanley and Luncarty we sold nearly £1400 of goods and thanks once again to our loyal customers for your continued support.

A9 Roadworks Four overnight closures of the A9 north of Perth, Friday 22 – Monday 25 February 2019. Local access to the communities of Luncarty, Stanley and Bankfoot will be maintained at all times via the local road network for the duration of the four overnight closures.
