Playlist for Life wants everyone with dementia to have a unique, personal playlist – all the tunes that are most deeply attached to your memories and emotions, gathered together in one place. The soundtrack of your life. More than 20 years of scientific research shows that listening to a personal playlist can make living with dementia easier and happier.
Playlist for Life are setting up a network of Help Points across the UK. The purpose of the Help Points is to share how a playlist of personally meaningful music can help improve daily life for people with dementia. Bankfoot Church Centre are launching our new help point after our singing group, to provide a drop in service where visitors can have any questions they might have about making a playlist answered, over a cup of tea.
